there was a tomato staring me down when i went to cook something up. i wanted more of a breakfast flava, then i remembered that i had leftover amber 16 cheddar from chapel creamery in my fridge. then it all came together… applewood smoked chicken sausage, that delicious tomato topped with Amber 16 topped under the broiler until the cheese was bubbly then finished with a fried egg. so simple. so perfect. so delicious.
